Forgotten Password

Intended Audience:  All Users


Tip: In order to have the ability to reset your password, your user profile must contain a work or personal email address.


On the login page for your Safety Made Simple portal, click on "Forgot your password?"



You will be asked to enter your email address. If you do not have an email address in Safety Made Simple, contact your company's Safety Made Simple administrator.

Click on Send.



After clicking "Resend," you will see a message that says:

If you have an account with us, you should shortly receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive that email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder, and/or contact your Safety Made Simple Administrator for further assistance.

Check your email. You should have an email from Safety Made Simple with a hyperlink to set a new password. You will be asked to enter a new password two times. Click on Change my password.

After successfully changing your password, you will be directed to your Dashboard.

Note:  Remember or record your new password!

If you do not have an email address in Safety Made Simple, contact your company Safety Made Simple Administrator.
