Archive a learning path

Intended Audience:  Administrators

Archive a learning path to prevent new enrollments on the path, while maintaining access to enrollment data for reporting purposes.

You can run reports on an archived path: to track enrolled learners for example, and track those who have completed this path.

Archive a learning path

1. From main navigation go to Courses, and then select Learning Paths from secondary navigation.
2. Select the learning path to archive.
3. From the action menu, select Archive Path.
4. Select Save to confirm.

Note: Archiving a learning path is not reversible. If you archive a learning path, you can't restore it.
